Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, and batch processes.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $54/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, LWC, and batch jobs to meet business requirements.
Lead end-to-end data and case migrations from ServiceNow to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and validation.
Build and optimize scalable Salesforce code by applying best practices such as bulkification and governor limit management.
Develop reports, dashboards, and unit test cases while maintaining technical and design documentation.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and technologies (Java, Kafka, ETL, Python) as needed.
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and communicate effectively with clients on solution progress and enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development and technical design roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce (Apex, Triggers, Batch, LWC) with proven experience in large-scale data and case migrations ensuring data integrity.
Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring, with exposure to integrations and supporting technologies such as Java, Kafka, ETL, Python, and Oracle SQL.
Pay Details: $53.00 to $54.00 per hour
