Injection Molding Process Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Injection molding machine setup, startup, and process validation

• Troubleshooting molding defects and optimizing process parameters

• Mold changes and preventive maintenance support

• Process improvement and production efficiency initiatives

• Collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams

• Support for new product introductions and process qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on injection molding process experience

• Experience with machine setup, mold changes, and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of scientific molding principles

• Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Medical device, automotive, consumer products, or high-volume manufacturing environments

• Process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)

• RJG Scientific Molding Certification

• Robotic automation and auxiliary molding equipment
