A leading Network Managed Services Provider is looking for experienced Network Engineers to join its Engineering Operations Team. This is an execution-focused role supporting enterprise production environments, network deployments, troubleshooting, and operational engineering activities across a multi-vendor infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and support Cisco Meraki, Fortinet (FortiGate), and Cradlepoint environments.

• Resolve WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall, routing, and cellular connectivity issues.

• Support network deployments, cutovers, and site turn-ups.

• Provide remote technical guidance to field technicians during installations.

• Coordinate with ISPs and carriers to troubleshoot circuit and connectivity issues.

• Implement firewall policy changes and validate network configurations.

• Work engineering and NOC tickets from diagnosis through resolution.

• Maintain detailed documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and ticket updates.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, and Cradlepoint technologies.

• Solid understanding of VLANs, Switching, Routing, VPNs, Firewall Policies, and SD-WAN.

• Experience troubleshooting site outages and network performance issues.

• Ability to independently manage support tickets and project activities.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cisco Meraki Certification

• Fortinet NSE4 or equivalent

• CCNA-level knowledge

• CompTIA Network+ (Preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Palo Alto PAN-OS

• Prisma SD-WAN

• Cisco Catalyst Switching & Routing

• Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela)

• Cellular Networking Experience

What We're Looking For:

• Upper L2 / L3 Network Engineer

• Strong troubleshooting and deployment experience

• MSP environment experience preferred

• Comfortable working with U.S.-based teams and clients

• Flexible to support after-hours deployments, escalations, weekends, and U.S. holiday coverage when required

This role offers exposure to enterprise networking environments, real-time troubleshooting, project deployments, and advanced network operations while working alongside experienced U.S.-based engineering teams.
