We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is responsible for providing administrative assistance, client support, scheduling coordination, and general operational support in a remote work environment.Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other communication platforms in a professional and timely manner
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling requests
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with customer service inquiries and client follow-up communications
Coordinate meetings and maintain organized schedules for internal teams and clients
Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed
Monitor and organize incoming communications and prioritize tasks appropriately
Update and maintain CRM systems, databases, and internal records
Support project coordination and administrative workflows across departments
Identify and resolve routine client concerns while escalating complex issues when appropriate
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and client informationRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business software applications
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, virtual assistance, or office administration
Experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, or project management tools
