Key Responsibilities<\/span b>

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) span>
<\/li>
Perform routine production activities while ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)<\/b> and safety standards span>
<\/li>
Document production activities accurately and in a timely manner span>
<\/li>
Identify and report deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns span>
<\/li>
Maintain clean room and work area conditions according to company procedures span>
<\/li>
Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Education span b> Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field<\/b> (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) span>
<\/li>
Experience span b> 0–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing (pharma, biotech, medical device, or related industry preferred) span>
<\/li>
Basic understanding of GMP or regulated environments<\/b> is a plus span>
<\/li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures span>
<\/li>
Good communication and teamwork skills span>
<\/li>
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime<\/b> as required span>
