Position Summary The Utilities & Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations for plant equipment and facility systems.
This role ensures the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
The Manager also leads maintenance teams, manages budgets, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
