Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
• Generate RFQs and new business opportunities from manufacturing companies.
• Identify and approach potential customers in Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Robotics, and Industrial sectors.
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Coordinate with customers regarding manufacturing requirements and quotations.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

Compensation:
• No fixed salary.
• Commission-only position.
• 5%–8% commission on successful orders.
• Commission paid only after customer payment is received.
• No cap on earnings.
Requirements:
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Ability to generate qualified leads and RFQs independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
