Shuttle Driver

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Shuttle Driver to join our service team. In this role, you serve as the face of the dealership on the road — providing courtesy transportation to customers whose vehicles are being serviced, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Safely transport customers to and from their home, workplace, or other destinations while their vehicle is being serviced

Greet customers warmly and assist them in entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle

Coordinate with the service department and dispatcher to stay on schedule and adapt to route changes

Maintain a trip log including passenger names, pick-up points, and destinations

Communicate with the service manager or dispatcher regarding any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle

Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of the dealership

Assist with other service department tasks — such as moving vehicles on the lot or light administrative duties — when not actively running routes

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must be willing to submit to a Motor Vehicle Report background check

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS navigation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all traffic laws and safety procedures

Prior shuttle, transportation, or customer-facing experience a plus
