**Who You Are:**

We areseeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Manager to provideprogrammatic leadership and oversight of logistics and material managementfunctions across multiple projects. This role is responsible for establishingand enforcing standardized logistics processes, ensuring adherence to companypolicies and procedures, and driving accurate, consistent reporting in supportof field execution.

TheSenior Logistics Manager partners closely with Project Superintendents, ProjectManagers, and Operations leadership to ensure materials, equipment, tools, andrental assets are planned, procured, staged, tracked, and delivered inalignment with project schedules, safety requirements, and financial controls.

Theprimary purpose of this position is to ensure that all projects areconsistently outfitted with the necessary materials, tools, and equipmentrequired for contract execution, while maintaining governance over suppliers,warehouses, inventory, and logistics staff. This role requires strongleadership, process orientation, and relationship management skills to alignvendors, internal teams, and client expectations.

**What You'll Do:**

The Senior Logistics Manager Provides program level oversight oflogistics and material management functions across multiple projects and sites.

· Partner with Project Superintendents to support schedule drivenmaterial planning, site logistics coordination, and adherence to standardizedlogistics procedures.

· Establish, implement, and enforce logistics policies, procedures,and controls to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiencyacross all projects.

· Oversee supplier and vendor performance to ensure alignment withcompany targets for quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.

· Manage and resolve escalated supply chain issues impactingmultiple projects, including material availability, lead times, and deliveryconstraints.

· Ensure consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting ofdeliveries, returns, shipping, receiving, and inventory movements.

· Oversee data tracking and reporting related to logisticsperformance, inventory levels, equipment utilization, and material spend usingExcel, Google Sheets, and enterprise systems.

· Lead, train, develop, and manage logistics staff and materialsteams, including performance management and staffing alignment with projectworkloads.

· Ensure accurate tracking, control, and utilization ofcompany owned and rental equipment and tools across projects.

· Coordinate storage, staging, warehousing, shipping, receiving,inventory control, and disposition of materials in alignment with project andcorporate requirements.

· Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to supportWork In Place (WIP) reporting, cost controls, audits, and compliance withinternal controls.

· Provide courteous, professional, and consistent service tointernal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.

· Ensure logistics operations comply with safety standards, siterules, and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain oversight of vehicle usage and ensure valid licensing andcompliance with company transportation policies.

**WhatYou'll Need:**

· Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field preferred.

· 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, materialsmanagement, or supply chain operations, preferably in construction or mission criticalenvironments.

· Demonstrated experience leading logistics teams and supportingmultiple projects or programs simultaneously.

· Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory controls,supplier management, and reporting standards.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experiencewith Google Sheets preferred.

· Experience with integrated financial systems and/or ERP softwaresuch as Commerce Center, J.D. Edwards, or similar platforms preferred.

· Certificates in Logistics Transportation Distribution (CLTD),Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) oradvanced education in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is aplus.

· Previous experience supporting data center construction projectsis strongly preferred.

· Ability to communicate effectively with field leadership,including Project Superintendents, to align logistics execution withconstruction schedules.

· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Logistics Manager position is $90,000 annually or $43.27 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually or $52.88 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
