What You'll Do

Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other local destinations.

Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.

Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.

Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle.

Communicate effectively with the Service Department regarding customer transportation needs.

Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.

Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in various weather and traffic conditions.

Ability to assist passengers and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.

Schedule

Part-time hours

Daytime schedule with some flexibility based on business needs

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, drive, and operate a vehicle for extended periods.

Ability to occasionally assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
