Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology professionals across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging tech roles. This position requires a blend of technical understanding, strong communication skills, and strategic recruitment expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Offer Management: Assist in preparing job offers and negotiating terms with candidates.
Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth transition for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
