Senior Business Systems Analyst (0019-0026)

Responsible for successful delivery of Warehouse Management and Manufacturing solutions leveraging SAP WM/PP/QM solutions (warehouse Management, Production Planning and Quality Management). Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements. Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions. Develop the business case for Supply Chain Management solutions to influence operational metrics and KPis. Interface with COE functional experts and business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality. Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems. Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and test cases. Benchmark current and future processes against industry best practices. Lead projects with cross functional teams and of global scope. Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Complete all QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely manner, if assigned. Participate in assessment of application security and identity management requirements, where applicable. Manage changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. Knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (QM experience is an asset). Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (laaS) and on-premise. Follow established methodology for the identification and documentation of business requirements, analysis, design, configuration, testing and user adoption related activities within SAP WM. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Create and maintain application operational and instructional documentation, as necessary. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 on-call coverage support, as necessary. Mentor junior Analysts. Lead collaboration with business for documentation of As-ls and To-Be Processes. 20% international and domestic travel for business meetings, system/project implementations, and seminars.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Management process definition, analysis, design, and implementation. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):

• ERP Systems - SAP WM (Warehouse Management).

• Full cycle implementations and deployments of WM in SAP.

• Requirements gathering, system design documentation, and writing functional specifications.

• Planning, execution, monitoring, and managing complex projects.

• Identifying problems, gathering information, determining the root cause and implementing corrective actions.

• Analyzing and gathering requirements, designing and developing high quality solutions, coordinate testing, and implementing new technologies and enhancements to improve the process.

• Implementation of SAP WM (warehouse management) module from ground zero.

• Configuration of RF (radio frequency) scanners for materials movements within the warehouse.

• Developing the business case for Supply Chain Management solutions to influence operational metrics and KPis.

• Managing changes and emergency transports in SAP SolMan.

• Hands on functional configuration In SAP WM systems.

• Integrating external systems with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

• Managing projects to deliver on time.
