Remote Program Support Representative – New Mexico
Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking motivated professionals to assist individuals by answering questions, verifying information, and providing support through a structured, phone-based environment. This is a fully remote opportunity for qualified New Mexico residents.
Primary Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking information and assistance regarding program services and benefits.
Provide accurate information using approved resources, procedures, and scripted guidance.
Contact applicants and customers as needed to verify documentation and confirm information on file.
Document interactions and update records using internal computer systems.
Utilize phone, email, and web-based tools to efficiently manage customer inquiries.
Recognize situations that require additional review and transfer those cases to designated support personnel.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
Six (6) months or more of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a structured environment with established procedures and quality standards.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have lived within the United States for at least three (3) of the past five (5) years.
Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
Prior government contract, public assistance, or Department of Homeland Security experience is a plus.
