This role offers the opportunity to apply and develop your welding and fabrication skills while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Why Work Here?
This opportunity offers the chance to grow with a company that is actively expanding and opening multiple locations. The organization places a strong emphasis on developing its people, providing training and support to help employees build new skills and advance their careers. Many team members have successfully moved from general production roles into skilled positions such as laser and machine operation, reflecting a culture of internal growth, continuous learning, and long-term development.

Interpret blueprints to determine weld locations, weld types, and how each weld fits into the final product.
Use a tape measure accurately to ensure welds are placed correctly and that weld lengths meet specified dimensions.
Follow production specifications, quality standards, and work instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality welds.
Collaborate with other welders and fabrication team members to support production needs across all shifts.
Contribute to a job shop-style environment that includes both smaller custom projects and larger production runs.
Support the expansion of the weld department by adapting to additional off-shift coverage as needed.
Maintain a safe and organized work area, following all safety procedures and guidelines in a metal fabrication environment.
Assist with basic fabrication tasks as needed to support overall production flow.
Essential Skills
Proven experience with MIG welding, primarily on steel components.
Ability to interpret and work from blueprints to identify weld locations and requirements.
