About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This fully remote position is open to candidates located within the United States. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

Create and automate recurring reports and data processes.

Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

Understanding of business intelligence and reporting best practices.
