Volunteer Fullstack & Frontend Developers

Role Overview

We need brilliant, adaptable, and execution-focused Fullstack Developers to help us build this ecosystem. As a Fullstack Developer at FIND Services, you will be a core member of our volunteer engineering team. You will have a direct hand in architecting, building, and scaling products across phases of our roadmap—moving swiftly from MVPs to sophisticated AI-driven systems. This role requires a unique combination of frontend precision and backend technical versatility.

Freshers and junior professionals are encouraged to apply, as long as you have the determination and can learn fast on the job without hand-holding.

Responsibilities:

- Frontend Development: Build and maintain high-quality user interfaces, ensuring responsiveness and performance optimization for varied environments.

- System Integration: Assist in integrating third-party APIs to enhance user interactions and platform capabilities.

- Data Management: Manage and debug data flows from user input to final output, ensuring data integrity across the stack.

- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing of features and workflows to ensure a smooth, natural user experience.

- Independent Execution: Work independently to implement features, debug issues, and iterate based on feedback.

Technical Requirements:

- Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

- Backend & Database: Experience with Supabase (database management)

- Strong experience with GitHub for version control and CI/CD practices.

- Versatility: Ability to handle both frontend precision and backend logic as needed. We highly encourage the use of AI coding agents (e.g., Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Windsurf) to speed up the development process

Qualifications:

- You've got at least 2 years of experience under your belt.

- Communication: Your English is sharp! We’re a global team, so being able to communicate clearly is a must—no room for "lost in translation" moments here.

- Responsiveness: We take communication seriously. You must be able to respond promptly to messages within 48 hours (2 days). Ghosting or being offline for over 5 days to a week and more will not be accepted.

- Autonomy: You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need a hand to hold. You can dive into tasks and get things done without constant supervision.

- Product-Minded: You don't just write code; you care about the "why" behind the product and the user experience.

- Proven ability to build and learn on the fly, and iterate based on user feedback.
