A growing, established food manufacturing company in Brookshire, TX is seeking a hands-on Plant Controller to lead plant-level financial operations and partner closely with leadership, production, and warehouse teams.

What You'll Own
Oversee plant-level financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and internal controls
Lead cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis
Monitor labor, material, yield, and production costs to improve profitability
Maintain strong inventory controls including cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits
Partner with production and warehouse teams to improve reporting and operational efficiency
Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial planning
Identify process improvements across accounting systems, ERP reporting, and operational workflows
Prepare for audits, ensure compliance, and maintain financial integrity across the plant
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
Strong manufacturing experience required
Cost accounting and inventory management expertise is a must
ERP system experience required (NetSuite preferred)
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with operations teams
