Mb Staffing Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to support a busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, providing administrative support, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

20 hours per week
Part-Time
Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
100% Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Welcome and assist visitors and guests
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional front desk presence
Perform light clerical and administrative duties
File and maintain office records and documents
Prepare correspondence and basic documents using Microsoft Word
Manage calendars, emails, and communications using Microsoft Outlook
Provide general office support as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
Preferred Skills
Experience working in an office or corporate environment
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
