Position Summary: The packaging team member will be part of a team of employees responsible for packing meat and seafood into pouches and boxes for distribution to our customers. The right employee will have strong work ethic, be punctual, friendly and a team player.
What you’ll do:
Vacuum seal and box portions on easy to operate packaging machines.
Weigh, label, and stack boxes on pallets for distribution.
Work as part of a twelve person team.
Maintain a clean workspace.
About you:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Ability to add and subtract simple numbers and to multiply and divide.
Able to work in a temperature controlled refrigerated plant.
