Firmware Engineer

Firmware Developer - Wireless Communication - (12-Month W2 Contract) – San Diego, CA

We are seeking a Firmware Developer for a 12-month W2 contract with an innovative wireless communications company based in San Diego. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, and debug embedded firmware for next-generation wireless communication products and systems.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for wireless communication devices.

Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to implement new features and resolve issues.

Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization of firmware solutions.

Support integration, validation, and product development activities.

Qualifications:

Senior experience in developing embedded firmware in C/C++.

Experience with real-time embedded systems and hardware interfaces.

Wireless communications experience (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, RF systems) is preferred but not required.

This is a 12-month W2 contract position located in San Diego, CA.
