We are seeking a passionate and experienced Property Manager as a Community Director to lead the daily operations of a vibrant active adult living community. This role goes far beyond traditional property management—it is about creating an exceptional resident experience, fostering a strong sense of community, and ensuring residents feel connected, engaged, and supported.

The Community Director plays a key role in driving resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, team engagement, and overall community performance. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping create an environment where active adults can truly thrive.

How You'll Contribute

Lead all aspects of community operations, ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

Foster a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive community culture.

Drive occupancy through effective leasing, resident retention, and relationship-building efforts.

Manage community budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.

Recruit, coach, develop, and lead a high-performing on-site team.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, prospects, and local community partners.

Ensure service standards, property appearance, and operational excellence are consistently maintained.

Proactively address resident concerns and operational challenges while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and community success.

Promote resident engagement through events, activities, and meaningful community experiences.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven experience in property management, community management, senior living, multifamily housing, hospitality, or related industries.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving operational results.

Strong sales, leasing, and occupancy management experience.

Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.

Track record of delivering exceptional customer or resident satisfaction.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to balance business objectives with a resident-centered approach.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
