We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves entering and managing financial and administrative data, ensuring accuracy and supporting business operations. Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into QuickBooks, Excel, and Zoho CRM.
Create and track vendor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and updates.
Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges, and other financial records.
Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows.
Support general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
2–45 years of data entry experience (finance or accounting preferred).
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop preferred).
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems or other accounting software.
Knowledge of 10-Key typing.
Prior office or administrative experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
