As a Site Technician, you will support specialized cleaning and maintenance projects in technical and construction environments. This role involves detailed cleaning duties, working in controlled environments, and ensuring work areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Duties:

Follow directions from Supervisors and Team Leads

Clean, chemically treat, and vacuum physical surfaces within construction, technical, or GMP environments

Perform subfloor vacuuming and wiping

Vacuum and wipe drop ceilings

Clean exterior surfaces of cabinets and equipment

Vacuum and mop floor surfaces, including vinyl and HPL flooring

Dust furniture, walls, machinery, and hardware

Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using approved cleaning products

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety proceduresRequirements:

OSHA 10

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently

Pass Background check

Pass Drug Test and one ONSITE

Reliable transportation required

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

Valid government-issued ID (must present)

QR Code register (48hrs prior) to orientationPreferred Qualifications:

Bilingual skills preferred

Knowledge of data center and/or construction environments

Previous cleaner or janitorial experience#IND233
