Key Responsibilities Technical Focus
Contribute to frontend development using React (~45%)
Build and maintain backend services and APIs (~40%)
Participate in architectural design, DevOps practices, and system planning (~15%)
Day-to-Day Activities
Majority hands-on development (approximately 70%)
Technical leadership and team support (15%)
Collaboration across engineering and cross-functional teams (15%)
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid backend development experience in at least one of the following: Golang, Node.js, or Java
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems
Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Engineering capacity
Deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience working within Agile development frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Background in aviation, transportation, or other safety-critical industries
Experience building or supporting microservices and distributed systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead code reviews
