Monitor production flow and help reduce downtime between tasks.

Verify product quantities, packaging accuracy, shipment labels, and SKU/product separation before shipments leave the warehouse.

Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound carrier pickups.

Assist with loading and unloading pallets, boxes, and shipments as needed.

Maintain an organized warehouse floor, including staging areas, packing stations, supplies, and outbound shipment areas.

Monitor warehouse supply levels, including boxes, tape, pallet wrap, shrink film, labels, and related materials.

Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, missing goods, supply shortages, shipment delays, or unclear instructions.

Ensure warehouse associates follow company procedures and maintain quality standards.

Communicate daily progress, blockers, and completed work to leadership.

Support a consistent weekly shipment cadence and help ensure marketplace and fulfillment deadlines are met.

Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, or inventory experience required.

Previous team lead, supervisor, or warehouse management experience preferred.
