Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Workplace Type: Hybrid-2 Days Onsite (Jersey City, NJ or Holmdel, NJ)

Employment Type: Contract to Direct Hire

Required Skills:

Extensive experience (.NET, Python, AWS) in large-scale software development

Proven ability to build and maintain web applications with strong emphasis on backend and frontend integration

Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and enterprise software design

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs

Ability to debug, optimize, and ensure high application performance and uptime

Familiarity with microservices architecture and micro-frontends

Prior experience with SOA concepts and methodologies

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Java or C#/.NET development frameworks

Knowledge of AWS services beyond basic deployment

Exposure to microfrontend architecture and DevOps practices

Certifications in cloud or software development

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering (Master’s preferred)

5-7 years of experience in developing and delivering large-scale software applications

Other Requirements:

Willingness to work in a hybrid onsite environment with scheduled onsite days

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Self-motivated with a passion for learning new tools and technologies.

Additional requirements:

Education: Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Previous BFSI experience.

Need a valid Professional LinkedIn profile.

GitHub Presence (A GitHub profile is ideal and can help validate technical work and contributions)

Engagement terms:

Work Location: 101 Crawfords Corner, Holmdel NJ, 07733 OR 545 Washington Blvd, Jersey City NJ, 07310

Workplace Type: Onsite 2 days a week in Holmdel, NJ or Jersey City, NJ

Client allows 2 days onsite

Hourly rate: $55-65 an hour on W2 and 55-72/hr C2C (their own Corp, not a 3rd party) H1B candidates will be considered but only if their i140 has already been approved.

Employment Type: Contract to Direct Hire

Duration: 6-9 months to hire

Openings: 2 openings

Interview Process – The candidate needs to take an assessment test and then one Video interview with the client – they are hiring very quickly.

Start date: ASAP, they are clearing people within a week.

Green card holder or US Citizen or H1B candidates will be considered but only if their i140 has already been approved. only – its contract to hire and they will not sponsor.

Must pass standard background investigation & drug screening.
