Job Description:

Sr Scrum Master / Project Manager / RTE

Global Pharmaceutical Contract

Raritan, NJ – hybrid (3 days onsite, rest remote)

Long Term Contract

exp with salesforce is preferred

exp with API's and Risk is needed

exp with gxp is highly preferred

exp with jira needed

exp with rte is highly preferred

we like someone who has and can wear multiple hats

prior jnj/pharma industry/gxp exp is preferred

Pharmaceutical industry Experience is preferred

Qualifications

A minimum of a 5 years of scrum master experience in fast-paced delivery environments required.

Experience in a health care environment (Consumer, Pharma, Medical Devices) is preferred

At least one year experience with Agile Development techniques (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) is required.

Two years of experience as a Certified Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master is required.

BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Proven experience working with and driving performance of cross-functional teams (i.e. development, product management, production, QA, etc.).

Prior experience with Jira and MS Project

Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year in for a software development team in a GxP environment that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices,

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

GxP software implementation is preferred
