Job Title: SRE Cloud Engineer - W2 Only

Work Location: Chicago, IL 60603 – Hybrid (3 days at client office)

Contract duration: 12 months

Detailed Job Description

• Skills: Overall 8- 12 year exp

• Functional: Financial Services Domain, predominantly Wealth management

• Technical : SRE Tools / Technologies : Hands on Knowledge of 3-5 years

• 8+ years of CI/CD pipelines, automation

• 3+ years IaaC – Terraform, Yaml, Liquibase etc

• 3+ Azure Cloud Infrastucture – ServiceBus, Databricks, Function Apps, Logic Apps

• 8+ years Monitoring & Observability tools of which 3+ years with Grafana, Prometheus, KQL, AppInsights

• 3+ years provisioning, setting up Container technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Services

• Experience with Cloud Native application development specifically using React, Springboot, Java is a huge plus.

Soft Skills:

• Leads troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service

• Gather and analyze metrics to assist in performance tuning and fault finding

• Provide a proactive approach to our clients’ workloads, anticipating failures, automating tasks, ensuring availability, and providing a great customer experience

• Communicate issue/resolution status (written and verbal) to project team and management

• Provide reactive, break-fix support
