Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent business in the Itawamba County MS area, is seeking 2nd shift foam operator to join their team! This business is offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
2nd Shift Foam Operator Job Summary:
• Shifts Available: Monday- Thursday 6:30pm-5:15am, OT required on Fri and Sat as needed, $16 per hour
Operate and monitor carousel machinery used in the production of foam-based automotive components
Assist in loading and unloading parts within the carousel system
Ensure proper placement and alignment of materials for accurate production
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Identify and report defects or process issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards
Follow all company safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and notify maintenance when necessary
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
2nd Shift Foam Operator Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Previous industrial experience required
• Ability to lift 50lbs - Mandatory Over Time on weekends required
