Key Responsibilities
As a Financial Services Representative, you will focus on high-accuracy transaction management and operational compliance. Core duties include:
Transaction Processing: Execute high-volume financial and non-financial transactions, including large premium payments, fund transfers/reallocations, policy loans, withdrawals, surrenders, and account maintenance (owner/beneficiary updates, broker changes).
Quality Assurance: Conduct same-day quality-check reviews on all processed transactions to maintain data integrity and regulatory alignment.
Document Management: Generate, review, and audit transaction confirmation letters and annual statements, ensuring delivery to Account Representatives within strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and streamline daily document distribution workflows.
Qualifications & Skill Sets
Experience & Education:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: A completed (or near-completion) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of professional corporate experience in an office environment, or equivalent internship experience.
Core Competencies:
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong foundational background in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting).
Analytical Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a natural knack for identifying errors in numerical datasets.
