USHEDC, in collaboration with HomeWorks365 is seeking a Sales Representative to support our growing outreach efforts in the Boston, Massachusetts market.
This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting appointment scheduling for home improvement and energy-related services.
Conduct outbound outreach (phone, text, email, and online channels)
Engage with prospective homeowners and introduce services
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Accurately enter and manage lead information
Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups
Represent the company in a professional manner
HVAC systems and energy efficiency solutions
Roofing and window services
Basement remodeling and home upgrades
Financing options for qualified homeowners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients
Self-motivated and organized
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
