Qualifications
Industry Experience: Proven experience supporting complex system rollouts or multi-site go-lives, specifically working alongside field operations teams within industrial, mechanical, transportation, or asset-heavy environments.
Frameworks & Certifications: Active certification in recognized change management and Agile methodologies, such as Prosci, Kotter, or SAFe.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Agile, design, and analytics tools, including Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Tableau.
Enterprise Systems (Preferred): Prior experience developing or delivering training frameworks for UKG Time & Attendance systems and/or Maximo Asset Management software.
Logistics & Travel: Ability and willingness to travel frequently to regional field locations to support deployment and training events.
