Lab Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Associate to join a dynamic laboratory team in Worthington, OH.

Location: Worthington, Ohio

Duration: 16 Weeks (Potential for Extension)

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory analyses and testing to support the diagnosis of illnesses, injuries, and diseases

Process specimens and accurately retrieve and release test results

Execute instrument testing protocols for new and existing products

Maintain laboratory schedules and communicate schedule updates as needed

Manage laboratory inventory, order supplies, and stock materials

Ensure laboratory equipment and workspaces are properly maintained and cleaned

Support laboratory systems, databases, and operational processes

Perform recordkeeping, data collection, and data analysis activities

Transcribe and edit pre-dictated medical reports using specialized software and equipment

Handle administrative duties, including answering phones, preparing shipments, filing requisitions, and supporting billing, pricing, and sample transportation functions
