Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings, building relationships, and supporting client acquisition efforts across global markets.
Responsibilities
• Prospect clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule meetings with HR, TA, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
• Identify staffing opportunities across IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Conduct market research.
• Build and maintain CRM pipelines.
• Follow up on proposals and contracts.
• Support client onboarding activities.
