Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager overseeing operations in Denny's locations across Ohio and Kentucky. Based in Nashville, TN, the role includes managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, leading hiring and training processes, overseeing food and beverage standards, and driving overall team and individual performance. The manager will also be accountable for maintaining operational excellence and achieving financial goals across multiple locations. Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exemplary guest experiences across all locations.

Proficiency in Hiring and team management, fostering a positive workplace culture and retaining top talent.

Excellent Communication skills to motivate teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, including inventory management and quality control.

Ability to manage multiple locations effectively and meet operational and financial objectives.

Previous experience in multi-unit restaurant or food service management required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
