Role Overview
As a Delivery Engagement Manager, you will leverage your expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to lead onshore and offshore delivery teams. You will serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will drive client satisfaction, manage delivery operations, and identify opportunities to grow our services footprint.
What You'll Do
Delivery Leadership (70%)
Lead delivery across one or more client engagements
Manage client expectations, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery excellence
Oversee multiple distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and ensure alignment
Drive Agile best practices and coach teams toward continuous improvement
Monitor engagement health, risks, dependencies, and financial performance
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong risk mitigation strategies
Develop and present executive-level dashboards (status, KPIs, financials)
Champion CI/CD practices to enhance quality and efficiency
Facilitate Agile ceremonies in virtual and distributed environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scope, estimates, and delivery plans
Foster innovation and continuous improvement across teams
Client Engagement Management (20%)
Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery success
Align client needs with internal capability teams to drive solutions
Manage budgets, run rates, and delivery outcomes in line with SOWs
Coordinate with sales, delivery leadership, and strategic partners
Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and receivables in collaboration with back-office teams
Professional Development (10%)
Stay current on industry trends, Agile practices, and consulting insights
Attend industry events and share knowledge internally
Mentor Account Executives on consultative selling and client engagement strategies

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Experience managing distributed/global delivery teams
