Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-up activity
Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
Maintain pipeline activity in CRM / Salesforce
Partner with internal teams to ensure strong service and execution
Support account growth and new business opportunities
Preferred Background
2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
CRM / Salesforce experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Comfortable picking up the phone and proactively engaging customers
