What You'll Do

Own and oversee all inventory control functions within a new distribution/fulfillment environment

Establish and refine inventory processes, systems, and reporting from the ground up

Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting programs, and root cause analysis

Partner cross-functionally with operations, systems, and client stakeholders

Lead and develop inventory team members while building a high-performance culture

Support change management initiatives as systems and processes evolve rapidly

Ensure compliance with operational standards, KPIs, and client expectations

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in inventory management within a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment

Strong systems knowledge (WMS experience highly preferred)

Experience in startup environments or leading through change is a major plus

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements

Demonstrated leadership and team development experience

Ability to move quickly, adapt, and make decisions in a fast-changing environment
