Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet delivery schedules.

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees to improve performance and productivity.

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse processes and workflow.

Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse activities, inventory, and staff performance.

Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and inventory control systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
