Packaging Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a Packaging Technician II to support packaging operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating and troubleshooting packaging equipment, maintaining documentation, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and environmental procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate and assist with setup of packaging equipment.

Perform batch record reconciliations and data entry.

Troubleshoot equipment and report process deviations.

Maintain waste disposal, equipment, and work areas.

Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Support training and communicate equipment/process needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of relevant experience (3+ years preferred).

Manufacturing experience required.

Basic computer and math skills.

Equipment troubleshooting experience preferred.

Reach truck forklift experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely.
