Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scheduler on large-scale Capital Projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries (such as nuclear).
Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts on the critical path and resource allocations
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate with diverse teams
Team-oriented attitude with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Team Player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess strong writing and communication skills, outstanding presentation and negotiating skills
Ability to organize and prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines
Ability to meet requirements in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required

Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project schedule for Capital Projects
Review and challenge durations, sequencing, and logic across project elements to identify opportunities for schedule optimization
Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure timeline alignment and cohesive project delivery
Monitor progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines
Allocate and level resources effectively across all phases of the project
Track key project milestones and regularly report status updates to stakeholders
Maintain documentation of schedule versions, changes, and approvals to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Foster a collaborative environment and maintain open, effective communication across departments
Pay:
$55-$65
