The Director of M&A Advisory will use their 'no job is too small' mindset to further develop the buy-side practice through hands-on involvement, providing strategic guidance to clients and executing deals. The Director of M&A Advisory will bring their executive presence to lead client relationships from day one. Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of complex client buy-side transactions:

Conduct due diligence, valuation analysis, and financial modeling to assess target companies.

Prepare and deliver client presentations around strategic recommendations, and transaction structures.

Manage all phases of the acquisition process, including target identification, negotiation, and closing.

Develop clients, win work and boost presence in the buy-side market

Represent the firm at networking and industry events

Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives.

Act as a mentor and role model to other members of the team

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

MBA, CPA, JD and/or CFA is desired

Minimum of 10 years of client facing experience in investment banking, legal, corporate finance or accounting functions.

Proven experience leading client presentations

Preferred experience in strategy or transaction advisory consulting.

Compensation range: $150,000/year -$175,000/year
