PV Performance Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Performance Engineer to support the optimization and performance analysis of utility-scale solar assets. This role will focus on improving solar plant performance through data analytics, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational insights across a large solar portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze solar system performance using DAS and SCADA platforms

Perform data extraction, reporting, and performance evaluations

Support troubleshooting of solar hardware and operational issues

Coordinate site onboarding and assist with system performance modelling

Work closely with operations and engineering teams to improve asset efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Solar Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of experience in solar performance engineering, analytics, or optimization

Experience with DAS platforms, SCADA systems, and solar performance analysis

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills within solar operations
