Job Description
We are looking for a strong Floor Manager / Captain who is ready to grow into a higher-level management position within our restaurant group. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and understands how to create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
Lead daily front-of-house operations and service flow
Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
Assist with floor management, staffing, and team communication
Help train, motivate, and develop FOH team members
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth service
Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
Support opening and closing responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or captain experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to work 5 days per week consistently
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Experience with Toast POS is a plus
