Shift: 11 PM – 8 AM Philippine Time

We’re on the hunt for a Client Manager who’s sharp, reliable, and ready to be the bridge between our clients and our creative crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to person for managing and responding to client emails — clearly, professionally, and promptly.
- Keep our inbox in tip-top shape (think: filters, folders, and zero clutter).
- Work hand-in-hand with our awesome Developers, Designers, QA team, and Admins.
- Track project progress, team performance, and client satisfaction.
- Take on company admin tasks like a boss.
- Make sure every client interaction is smooth, error-free, and on-point.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (your emails are legendary).
- Super organized, detail-obsessed, and cool under pressure.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Willing to work overtime when needed (you’re a team player, after all!).
- Bonus points if you know WordPress or have used Basecamp/Trello.
- Google Suite whiz? Even better.
