Intermodal Product Executive as part of the Intermodal product team is a role where the incumbent is expected to drive our Intermodal product include truck, rail and barge businesses both through organic and inorganic growth. He/she will own the product P&L for Myanmar and is expected to work on P&L Management, budgeting, product & solution development, pricing strategy. Strong stakeholder management is expected across the peer group in sales, procurement and customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Drive area product growth

Collect and analyze market intelligence

Target setting for Intermodal growth

Myanmar Intermodal Strategy and Direction Setting

Define growth/segmentation opportunities

Provide input for Inland tender preparation

Support commercial teams and provide training and coaching on intermodal products.

Develop area products and pricing

Define Local Value proposition and Differentiators for Inlands

Develop new Inland products

Set Inland tariffs

Optimize Inland cargo and corridor mix

Performance manages Intermodal in respective geography

Accountable:

New Product Development

Organic & inorganic growth in existing product offerings

Product Pricing Strategy

Intermodal P&L for Myanmar

Product Trainings to Sales/Commercial Teams

Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

At least 03 years' professional working experience at product management or business development role(s) in Myanmar trucking business

Direct experience in intermodal and trucking business

Deep insight in trucking operation, customs clearance operation, and cross-border operation

Strong business development and customer relationship management capability

Language proficiency: Fluent English level, Native Burmese level

Strong analytical, scenario mapping and decision-making skills

Understanding trucking cost model for solution designing

Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills

Strong excel/spreadsheet management, budgeting, and financial planning skills

From global logistics company, managing intermodal products (trucking/rail/barge)

Strong presentation skills

Ability to draw data/fact-based insights, drive stakeholder engagement, take ambitious decisions and an attitude to drive projects
