Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify trends, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive operational and strategic initiatives.

Local candidates are preferred. Candidates residing within commuting distance of the project location will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders.

• Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis and present findings to management and stakeholders.

• Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations and insights.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.

• Document business rules, data definitions, and reporting processes.

• Work with data engineering and IT teams to improve data availability and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Business/Data Analyst.

• Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.

• Must be local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area or willing to relocate prior to the start date.
