Your Role

As an IT Specialist, you will be the backbone of our internet-facing systems. You will work closely with developers, system architects, and security leads to ensure our web-based infrastructure is robust, secure, and high-performing. This role is perfect for someone who not only knows how things work but also why they work—and who is eager to deepen that expertise every day.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and troubleshoot custom internet protocols.

Apply encryption technologies to protect data in transit and at rest.

Monitor, analyze, and secure web applications and services against common threats.

Collaborate with the team to optimize web performance, latency, and reliability.

Document configurations, incident responses, and “lessons learned” to foster team knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

Firm knowledge of internet protocols – you can explain how TLS, QUIC, or WebSockets work.

Hands-on experience with encryption – you’ve configured SSL certificates, set up VPNs, or debugged TLS handshakes.

Web technology expertise – you understand load balancers, reverse proxies, HTTP/2, caching, and web security.

Familiarity with Linux server environment and scripting.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative team.
