Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible Scheduling Primarily Day Hours Hybrid Model (75% In-Person / 25% Telehealth)
Practice Setting: Outpatient ABA Therapy Home, School, and Community-Based Services
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA therapy team serving children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, manageable caseloads, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth.
The BCBA will oversee individualized treatment programs, conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, provide caregiver training, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes across home, school, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and ABA staff
Deliver parent, caregiver, and staff training to ensure treatment fidelity
Collaborate with schools, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical best practices
Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development initiatives
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Active Ohio COBA license required
Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience preferred
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention planning, and skill acquisition programming
Experience supervising clinical staff and training caregivers preferred
Completion of BACB supervision and ethics requirements
Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
