AI-Powered Full Stack Developer

Build production software with AI as your primary tool, not a backup.

Type: Full-Time · Location: Hyderabad, India · Experience: 3–6 Years

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Kalo, we build production software fast. This role is not for someone who is starting to explore AI tools — it is for someone who has already built real software using agentic workflows and knows how to ship with AI at the centre of every task.

You use Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot the way a surgeon uses instruments — precisely, deliberately, and without thinking twice.

You will own web applications end-to-end: architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance. You will manage context windows like a craft, write .md files that make agents productive, and ship features that work in production — not just in demos.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own web applications entirely — from architecture decisions to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity, or equivalent agentic tools as your primary development instruments daily.

• Set up and maintain .md context files, manage context windows efficiently, and apply prompt engineering as a core development skill.

• Design and implement full-stack features across React frontends and Node.js or FastAPI backends.

• Design PostgreSQL or Supabase schemas, write migrations, and configure Row-Level Security (RLS).

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent tools.

• Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, Railway, AWS, or equivalent platforms.

• Practice Git and GitHub workflows: branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI features into production applications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must Have

• Demonstrable experience shipping production software using agentic AI workflows — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent.

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.

• Backend experience in Node.js or Python (FastAPI or similar).

• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or equivalent— schema design, migrations, RLS.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).

• Familiarity with hosting on Vercel, Railway, or AWS.

• Strong Git and GitHub practices — branching, PRs, code review.

• Ability to manage prompts, .md context files, and context windows as part of daily workflow.

Good to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS for styling.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot or .NET for backend services.

• Exposure to LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, or agentic frameworks.

• Experience with database Auth, Edge Functions, or real-time features.
